Overview

We want you to love your Razvi Fragrance attar. If there’s a genuine issue with your order, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for returns

Because attars are personal-care fragrance products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used attar bottles cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, via bank transfer/UPI) within a reasonable number of business days.
